Product Definition - Development of product concepts, product specifications, product renderings and mockups.

Electronic Design - Broad experience with microprocessors, DSP, FPGA, analog & digital circuit designs (ORCAD Schematic Capture/CIS).

PCB Layout - Expert in-house PCB layout (PowerPCB) capability with experience meeting EMI, UL and many other design requirements. .

Mechanical Design - 2D (Autocad) and 3D (SolidWorks) industrial design of product packaging ands development of detailed custom mechanical component fabrication drawings.

Prototype Development

• Fabrication of through hole or surface-mount PCB assemblies
• Mechanical case and component prototyping using CNC and rapid prototype techniques such as stereolithography (SLA)
• Acquisition of all prototype components and specialized materials required
• Complete In-house prototype assembly test and debug capability including EMI confidence testing.

Production Release Documentation - Product documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, PCB Gerber files, bill of material, mechanical component fabrication drawings, assembly procedures, assembly drawings, and acceptance test procedures.

Qualification Test Support - Development of qualification test procedures support of environmental testing, FCC testing, and UL testing..

Production Support - Development of assembly procedures, test procedures and test equipment definition and design and fabrication.

Pre-Production Builds - Set up of PCB assembly houses for pre-production build, soft tooling of mechanical components, assembly and test of units.

Production Builds - Fabrication and test of small production lots.
